Questions about pricing
What happens in the 14-day free trial?
You create an account, set your baseline (about four minutes) and complete your weekly check-ins. You get your personalised protocol, your progress chart and your protocol-quality score. No card is asked. On Day 14 you decide whether to continue with Eneli.
What does the membership add?
Sessions with Eneli (two private and four small-group in Guided, six private in Founder-Private), weekly questions answered by Eneli, the Day 30 and Day 60 reports and your Day 90 Skin Evidence Report. Your diary continues for the full 90 days.
Is this a medical service?
No. Scientific Skin is cosmetic education, guided reflection and product-use accountability. It does not diagnose or treat menopause or any skin condition and is not a substitute for a clinician. If you are under medical care for your skin, keep your clinician informed.
Do I have to buy the products?
No. You can add the COSMOS-certified 90-day routine at checkout, or register one non-prescription product you already use. The diary works the same way — one routine, measured honestly.
Why only one routine at a time?
Because if you change three things, you can't tell which one mattered. Keeping one routine stable for 90 days — and logging everything else that happens — is what makes your diary interpretable.
What does ‘non-invasive’ mean here?
Topical products, a simple massage technique and lifestyle tracking. No needles, devices, peels or prescriptions — and nothing that requires a clinic.
How do sessions work?
You book inside your target window from Eneli's published slots, shown in your own time zone. Every booking sends a calendar invite with a video link. Private sessions are 30 minutes; group sessions are 45 minutes with up to six women.
What about my data?
Your diary is yours: private by default, exportable any time, deletable on request. Research participation is separate, optional and only offered once the ethics approval is in place.
