When to seek care

Seek medical care promptly if you have swelling of the face, lips or eyes, difficulty breathing, blistering, spreading redness, or a reaction that is severe or getting worse. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What we do

We acknowledge every report, send approved guidance and — for Scientific Skin products — log adverse events with the batch number as cosmetic regulations require. The service never interprets a symptom or offers a diagnosis.
