What we provide

Scientific Skin offers cosmetic education, guided reflection and product-use accountability. It is not diagnosis or treatment of menopause or any skin condition, is not a substitute for a clinician, and never promises a particular appearance.

The service consists of a skin diary, a personalised cosmetic routine protocol, reports of your own self-reported data, and — for members — video sessions and written questions answered by Eneli Kirs or a trained guide.

Free trial

Your first 14 days of diary use are free and require no payment details. When the trial ends, the diary is paused (your data is kept) until you start a membership or delete your account.

Membership and billing

Membership is billed in exactly 3 monthly installments: on the day you start, and 30 and 60 days later. It does not renew. Guided is $99 per installment; Founder-Private is $199 per installment. Taxes and shipping for the optional routine bundle are shown before payment.

You may cancel before your next charge date from your account. Future installments are cancelled and access, including already-paid sessions, continues to the end of the paid 30 days.

Sessions

Sessions are booked within their target window from published availability. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. A session you do not join is marked missed; it may be reinstated at the founder's discretion. Group sessions are shared with up to five other participants: first names only, no photos shared, no medical advice.

Your responsibilities

Use products as directed, stop using any product that causes discomfort and report it through “Report a concern”. If you are under medical care for your skin, keep your clinician informed.
