Refund policy

Membership

You can request a full refund of your membership within 14 days of your first payment, provided no session has been attended. Request it from your account.

After that, cancelling stops future installments; payments already made are not refunded, and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Routine bundle

Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. If a product causes discomfort, please report it through “Report a concern” first.

Goodwill

If something went wrong, write to us. The founder can issue goodwill refunds.
